Product
Development:
Work with design team from each customer to understand their needs from conceptual stage right up to final product confirmation.
Raw
Material R&D and Sourcing:
The material sourcing team begins raw material sourcing
(including fabrics, trims and accessories) and proper quality assurance procedures well in advance in order to avoid production issues.
All testing and engineering aspects are pre-tested before actual production. Raw materials are sourced from various countries of origin to ensure the most competitive pricing has been achieved in order to meet pricing objectives.
Production
Planning and Allocation:
Manufacturing plant in Chittagong, Bangladesh employs
more than 2,400 workers and produces 12 woven jacket
lines and 6 knit lines. We are planning to expand plant
production to another 6-8 lines in the near future and
invest in 2 more manufacturing facilities in the next
12-18 months in China/Vietnam to support growth. We also
utilize joint venture factories in Cambodia, China and
Vietnam (where fixed production lines have been secured year
round)
